I attended a webinar the other day regarding facebook training and it was so cool, but at the end of the day, the presenter was saying to spend time getting to know at least one person a day that you meet via your social networking portal. Take some time to really get to know your new found friend, and in the process ask them a series of questions. This is vital in controlling the conversation.
